Cotelsa was born in mid 1992 as a Telecom consulting business, with more than ten years of combined experience in the communications field from its founding partners. Cotelsa began its activities in 1992-1993 participating in the management of a Northern Telecom project of a private voice and data network for Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX).
Cotelsa is a USA based Professional Services & Network Solutions Integrator for enterprise Corporate, Finance, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education and Hospitality sectors in the CALA region.

Cotelsa Main Office is located in Miami, USA, with Branch office in Viña del Mar, Chile as Telenet Chile Ltda, Branch office in Road Town, Tortola – BVI as Telecom Resources Limited.
These strategic locations allow COTELSA to serve customers in the entire Caribbean and Latin American regions.
Just recently the group incorporates COTELSA Networks Corp. a North American corporation created and registered in 2011 in the state of Florida whose purpose is to provide Managed Services to Corporate customers in the CALA region.

Since its inception Cotelsa has provided network design, installation, product sales, technical support and professional services to more than 100 customers across Caribbean and Latin American countries.
